At Talash Jewels, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy ensures a smooth and fair process for our valued customers.

1. Order Cancellation Eligibility

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, if the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Custom or personalized jewelry orders cannot be canceled once processing begins.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To request an order cancellation, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: Email info@talashjewels.com or call +91 9667411915 (Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM) with your order number and cancellation request.
  2. Confirmation: Our team will verify the status of your order and confirm the cancellation.
  3. Refund Process:
    • If canceled within 24 hours, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
    • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible, but you may initiate a return after receiving the item (as per our Returns & Exchange Policy).

3. Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry.
  • Orders that have already been shipped or delivered.

4. Late Cancellation Requests

  • If you request cancellation after the order has been dispatched, we advise refusing the delivery upon arrival.
  • Once returned to us, a refund will be processed, excluding any shipping charges.
