  • You may request a return or exchange within 10 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition with all original packaging, tags, and certificates (if applicable).
  • Customized or personalized jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged.
  • Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, unless defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To process a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Approval & Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Secure Packaging: Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Shipping Back: You may be required to ship the product using a reliable courier service. For damaged or defective items, we will arrange free pickup from your location.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or to a bank account upon request.

4. Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to exchange an item, you may choose a replacement product of equal or higher value by paying the difference.
  • Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
