  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days (within India).
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-4 business days (additional charges apply).
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the destination and customs clearance.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Orders (India): Free standard shipping on orders above ₹5000. For orders below ₹5000, a nominal shipping fee applies.
  • International Orders: Shipping charges vary based on the destination. Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number to monitor your order’s journey.
  • You can track your order on our website or the courier partner’s website.

5. Delivery Assurance

  • Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive your package.
  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our team will contact you to arrange redelivery.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, courier issues).

7. Damaged or Missing Shipments

8. Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • Address changes or order modifications can only be made before dispatch. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery details.
